Connect Your Wallet
HyperFX runs on BNB Smart Chain (BSC). Any EVM-compatible wallet works β MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, and Rabby are all supported.
Step 1 β Install a walletβ
If you don't have a wallet yet, install one of the following:

:::tip New to wallets? A crypto wallet does not store your tokens β it stores the private key that proves you own them. The tokens themselves live on the blockchain. Write down your seed phrase and keep it offline. :::
Step 2 β Add BNB Smart Chain to your walletβ
Most wallets add BSC automatically when you first connect to a BSC app. If you need to add it manually:

In MetaMask: Settings β Networks β Add a network β Add manually.
Step 3 β Connect to HyperFXβ
- Open dapp.hyperfx.io
- Click "Connect Wallet" in the top-right corner
- Select your wallet from the list
- Approve the connection request in your wallet popup
- You are connected β your address will appear in the header
Troubleshootingβ
| Issue | Fix |
|---|---|
| Wrong network shown | Switch to BNB Smart Chain in your wallet's network selector |
| Connection popup not appearing | Disable pop-up blockers or try a different browser |
| Wallet not listed | Use the WalletConnect option to connect any compatible mobile wallet |
| Transaction failing | Ensure you have BNB in your wallet to cover gas fees (~$0.10β0.50 per transaction) |
